We have four information boards in the town, at the Community Centre, at the Dusty Miller, at the station and by the Catholic Church. They have information about short local walks.

1. A lovely walk to the delightful Redacre Woods at the back end of the town and back along a 19th century water system. Some uphills, allow about an hour.

2. A walk (suitable for buggies) to Brearley along the cycle path and back along the canal. Very flat walk, allow about an hour.
